MECOM HYDRA AWS HD Net Series hydraulic oils are mainly composed of high quality base oil blending additives. The components include hydraulic oil HLP type, which is fully compliant with DIN 51525 or 51524.
MECOM HYDRA AWS HD net series hydraulic oil contains anti-oxidation, anti-rust, anti-wear and anti-foam additives, so it can ensure that the lubricating oil will not change the viscosity in continuous use, completely prevent corrosion of metal working surface and prevent mechanical The generation of air bubbles that are damaged by vibration or partial hydraulic mechanisms can especially reduce the wear of heavy-duty oil pumps.

This product can be divided into two categories:
MECOM GEAR OIL ZN Series: Medium-duty extreme pressure gear oil for general load applications.
MECOM GEAR OIL SP Series: Lead-free extreme pressure oil for bevel gears and high-load gears.
During the development of this product series, Meik Technology's engineers held a belief: using the lowest viscosity oil while still providing effective gear lubrication. Its benefits include low energy absorption for easy cold starts, reduced energy loss due to agitation, and faster gear transitions during high-speed, loaded operations. For these reasons, the MECOM GEAR OIL series products use high viscosity index oils, which help maintain better initial viscosity over a wide operating range.

It significantly reduces carbon buildup, sludge, and deposits. It offers outstanding cold start performance, a wide operating temperature range, and excellent heat stability, effectively extending the lifespan of the compressor.
